Body found on M80 on Monday morning

A WOMAN'S body was found on the M80, on Monday morning, Strathclyde Police have confirmed.
The body, which was spotted in the early hours of Monday 30th July, was reported to Strathclyde Police at 1.15am.
The body was found on the M80, close to junctions four and five, at the footbridge, which connects Westfield's Inchwood Road with Condorrat's Kirk Place.
A spokeswoman for Strathclyde Police told Cumbernauld Media: "Police were called to a report of a woman's body on the road at the M80 in Cumbernauld near to junctions 4 and 5 at approximately 0115 hours on Monday 30 July 2012.
"There would appear to be suspicious circumstances surrounding the death, and a full report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
